What we offer

Phenix offers both open party trips and private charters varying from 4hrs to 12 hrs carrying a maximum of 18 passengers.  We have trips scheduled every day from April 1st - December 31st, targeting Rockfish and we will seize any opportunity to capitalize on gamefish we may come across (halibut, white sea bass, tuna, etc), as long as doing so will not conflict with current Fish & Wildlife regulations. 


 At the moment, all Phenix's open party trips are scheduled to depart from Patriot Sportfishing in Port San Luis, California.  During trips 8 hours or longer, the crew will cook breakfast, lunch and ensure Phenix galley is completely stocked with your favorite beverages and snacks. Save yourself the time, headache and mess by having our experienced crew also process your catch at the end of the day for additional costs. All food, drink, fish processing and gratuity is optional.

Charter Information

 

ALL charters are required to pay a 50% deposit and return the signed Charter Agreement to Patriot Sportfishing within 14 days of booking. If booking less than 30 days prior to date of charter, the 50% deposit is due immediately.

 There are no refunds of deposits for trips cancelled 30 days or less prior to date of your scheduled trip.

We pay close attention to all available weather data and will notify you as soon as possible in the event of hazardous conditions. In this case, the office staff at Patriot Sportfishing will contact you to discuss possible alternatives.

Phenix Sportfishing Captains make the final decisions on weather calls and fishing locations. All additional services, (food, beverages, tackle, fish processing and gratuity) are optional and to be paid directly to the crew.
